We currently ship across most regions in India.

At 4Athlete, we aim to process your orders within 3–5 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen events, there may be slight delays in delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, local disruptions, courier strikes, or issues beyond our control. However, we always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Stay tuned and subscribe to our emails to never miss a deal!


šŸ”„ RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns unless the item you received is:

  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)
  • Damaged in transit
  • Expired on arrival

To request a replacement, please email us at shop.4athlete@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for replacement
  • Clear images of the item and outer packaging

We will assess your request and offer a replacement if it meets our terms. We do not entertain replacements for taste preferences, minor packaging damage, or once the product has been opened or consumed.


āŒ CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Shipment:

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at shop.4athlete@gmail.com. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

After Shipment:

Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled.


šŸ’ø REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • Order was cancelled before shipment
  • You received a damaged or incorrect product and it cannot be replaced

If your payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, refunds will be initiated to the original payment source within 2–3 business days after approval. It may take an additional 2–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

We may also offer store credit or discount coupons that you can use on your next order.

We will not accept return or replacement requests if the product is:

  • Used, tampered, or partially consumed
  • Returned without original packaging, invoice, or accessories
  • Damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Reported after 7 days of delivery
  • A free promotional item
