Refund Policy


1. Refund for Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving the cancellation request.


2. Refund for Return After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped and is being returned due to damage, defect, or incorrect item:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and verified by our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or net banking) within 2–5 business days of verification. It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

3. Refund via Store Credit

As an alternative, we may offer 4Athlete store credit/coupon codes, which can be applied to future purchases for a smoother shopping experience.

Important Notes:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Products returned without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  • Refund requests that do not meet our policy guidelines may be declined at our sole discretion.
